Reflections from Ashanti[]

  • Some water polo rules are don't harm anybody and no diving into water that is under 5 foot.
  • I have learned to play Skwim and Water Polo. And, I learned how to swim and float bakwards.
  • Three goals that I have learned that is important: 
    • Floating backward because if your stomach hurts, you can float on your back.
    • Swimming backwards because if you have something important involving swimming backwards it would help.
    • Knowing how to swim, because if someone goes up to you and pushes you in the water not knowing you can't, you could drown.
