This is the second story in our humanising health care stories. Bill Sweetenham has served as Head Coach of national swimming teams at 5 Olympic Games for 3 different countries. He has coached 27 medallists at the Olympic Games and World Championships including 9 world record holders. He considered an Australian national treasure. Back in 1983, Bill was involved in a near fatal accident leaving him with horrific injuries. This defining moment and his recovery process transformed him as a coach and as the person he is today. This is Bill’s wonderful journey.
