Head Football Coach[]

Ed has been in sports all his life. Having played in many all through high school, and into college, he has a great degree is handling all types of individuals in the world of sports. Ed has been coaching football since 2003. He has had coaching stints in West Mifflin High School Program, Baldwin High School Program, West Mifflin Youth Football and more recently TJ Youth Football. He has done everything from head coach to offensive coordinator. Typically in the past Ed has been a fan of the "Spread Offense". His offense has been used by many area youth teams and has been successful to the point of the team(s) participating in the area Super Bowl on a few occasions.

Ed has also coached at the high school and middle school level. Ed has been a part of Jim Wehner's staff at Baldwin and also an assistant at West Mifflin. He also was co-founder and head coach for Titan Swimming Program in West Mifflin and additionally an assistant to the first ever high school program in West Mifflin. In his time at TST, he had many swimmers compete in the regions championships and even qualified one swimmer to nationally ranked swimming meets. Many of Ed's swimmers have enjoyed successful careers in the NCAA D 1,2,and 3 levels. He has one swimmier participating in the upcoming US Olympic trials. He also served as an assistant coach for the Allegheny Mountain Swimming Association's All-Star Zone Team three times. This is selected by the peer coaches from across the state.

Ed also served as the first ever head football coach for the Andre Rison Football Academy. Ed worked with Andre Rison and other former NFL coaches and players to get to the inner-city kids that couldn't afford the price of an expensive football camp. They had camps across the country and saw close to 5000 kids.

Ed most recently has served as Regional Director for Football University. FBU is an elite global invite only football camp with instructors from around the NFL. Ed has been with FBU since October of 2008. Currently Ed is working with the national championship team to have football players from around PA play in the FBU National Championship Game in San Antonio TX in 2014.

Ed currently is Sr. VP of Marketing Brand Development/Social Media for the new recruiting firm The Recruit. Ed and his partners have gotten several athletes into scholarship situations in many levels of college sports.

Ed currently lives in Pleasant Hills with his wife Chris and sons Tyler and Seth.
