To Whom It May Concern:

This is a letter of recommendation for Mark Rauterkus, one of our most outstanding parents, who offered much of his time and expertise to assist our students to become successful. Professionally, Mr. Rauterkus is a swim/water polo coach. He has been doing this kind of work for many years and, as you will see on his resume, is a very involved community member.

Mr. Rauterkus has a thorough knowledge of all sports and, combined with his excellent command of the people around him and outstanding personality, has coached our students in swimming. In fact Mr. Rauterkus is not only a successful coach at the high school level but also at the collegiate and amateur levels as well. In the past three years Mr. Rauterkus has worked as an assistant swim coach and the head girls’ swim coach during the coach’s leave of absence. He not only coached but became their mentor and advisor, and guided them to success. He was well versed in the responsibilities needed to get the job done and took the students from their level of swimming to the level of a champion. The students were amazed with Mr. Rauterkus dedication to help them succeed.

The students made a friend for life, and the Schenley family truly appreciated Mr. Rauterkus’ efforts to help our students.

Sincerely,

Kenneth R. Saybel
