Bio for USA Swimming Board for NATALIE C. HALL[]
I’m a life-long swimmer who has experienced every level of this sport. I began lessons as an infant, joined USA Swimming at six years old, and first qualified for the USA Swimming National Team in 1998. I went on to win sixty international medals in major International competition, including twelve Olympic medals. I was twice voted captain of the Olympic team; in 2008 and again in 2012. As a mother of two, both my children have participated in learn-to-swim programs and my daughter joined swim team for the first time this past summer.
I have been a member of the Board of USA Swimming since 2016 and would be honored to serve another term as Athlete Representative. This sport has given me so much and I feel compelled to give back.

Olympic Champion Natalie Coughlin Hall is a current USA Swimming Board of Directors member and chairs the Executive Compensation Committee, and is a 10-Year Athlete. She also has served as the USOPC Athlete Advisory Council Representative. In addition to her governance experience, she brings finance and business skills developed as an entrepreneur.
