Background
- Exercise done in the swim pool much like a vertical push up.
- Exercise is part of a Routine for Digital Badges/Exercises/Routines called Pool-side body-weight (routine).
- To perform press ups in a legal manner, the skin of the right hand has to be touching the skin on the left hand. The hands must over-lap or touch. The hands can not be apart with any separation.
