  • 0 = failure to touch elbows
  • 1 = touch elbows only
  • 2 = touch head
  • 3 = touch shoulder
  • 4 = touch 2 shoulders
  • 5 = touch back
  • 6 = stay 15 seconds with comfort
  • 7 = held knees, arms trown, almost up
  • 8 = held knees, arm thrown, UP
  • 9 = held kees, arms crossed, UP
  • 10 = sit-up, no holding of knees, arms crossed
