Breastroke review:[]

20. Partner holding ankles, pull breastroke (resistance).   21. Tie a short rope (about 18") to a couple of tubes, which two swimmers will don - one each - then from center of pool have them pull against each other. If either pulls the other to the end of pool, then return to middle again and recornmence. Practice heads in water, breathing every two.   22. Practice as above but with heads out of water.
